  • Premium subscription features for enhanced functionality

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

RiseWithin offers both free and premium subscription tiers. For premium subscriptions:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiseWithin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Modifications to Terms
